Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop, support, and drive enterprise-wide improvement initiatives. You will partner with all business units to apply foundational quality tools and create a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes improving quality management processes, supporting engineering and operations to resolve production issues, and leveraging Power Platform for dashboards and automation. Marvin values collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations preferred.
• 2–4 years leading improvement projects with demonstrable results.
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience using statistical analysis to evaluate performance and opportunity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Ability to develop dashboards and automated workflows for quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve quality management system processes, documentation, reporting, and digital tools including ISO/CE certifications and SOPs.
• Support engineering to analyze and resolve production line problems to meet quality standards.
• Support operations to analyze and mitigate risks to product performance.
• Serve as a resource to internal departments to resolve issues with incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
• Organize and schedule quality audits and communicate results.
• Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and action effectiveness using data-driven methods.
• Support R&D to correct issues with current products.
• Analyze quality and process data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and improve quality systems and digital tools using statistical analysis and Power Platform.
