Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise, partnering with engineering, operations, and R&D to apply statistical methods and Power Platform tools to enhance quality systems and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, support audits, and develop dashboards and automated workflows that increase visibility and data-driven decision making to sustain Marvin’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or Operations.
• 2–4 years leading improvement projects with proven results.
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience using statistical analysis to evaluate process performance.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Ability to develop dashboards and automated workflows for quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve quality management system processes, documentation, reporting, and digital tools.
• Analyze production line problems to meet quality standards.
• Assist operations to identify and mitigate risks related to product performance.
• Serve as a resource to resolve issues with incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
• Organize and schedule quality audits and manage supporting documentation and communication of results.
• Use data-driven methods for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Support R&D to correct issues with current products.
• Analyze quality, production, and process data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and improve quality systems and digital tools to increase visibility, standardization, automation, and data-driven decision making.
