Job summary

In this role, you will impact product excellence and operational efficiency by identifying quality issues, leading root cause analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions that uphold Honeywell’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by conducting thorough root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, auditing, and CAPA implementation
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis techniques, and quality documentation and reporting
  • Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality management

  • Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,300 - $96,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
