As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring product and process quality through rigorous quality assurance, auditing, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. You will contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.


• Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by conducting thorough root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence of quality issues.


• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, auditing, and CAPA implementation


• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations


• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis techniques, and quality documentation and reporting


• Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality management

• Advanced degree such as a Master's in Engineering or related technical field


• Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,300 - $96,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
