This role will own investigations, lead cross functional problem solving, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely, data driven actions. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Service/Warranty, and Supplier Quality to raise the bar on reliability, cost of quality, and customer satisfaction.**Education and Experience**:* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus). 1-3 years of experience in fast paced custom build manufacturing environment in a quality capacity preferred.* **Experience:** 4–8+ years in manufacturing quality or quality engineering (custom/complex assemblies ideal). Track record of independent ownership from problem identification through verified closure.* **Quality Methods & Tools:** PFMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, capability studies, 8D/A3/PDCA, DOE/ANOVA (preferred), APQP/PPAP exposure helpful.
