Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 1–3 years in a mechanical component manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in algebra, statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Able to interpret technical data, diagrams and instructions; solve problems via data-driven conclusions.
• Able to create and read graphs, calculate rates, ratios and percentages.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, word processing, project management tools and statistical software.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates core competencies: action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self and others, ownership.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead or support part and process qualifications.
• Analyze data to reduce non-conformances and streamline processes.
• Develop and approve inspection plans; perform inspections as needed.
• Monitor inspection methods and calibration to ensure compliance.
• Review customer/supplier inspection/test plans for feasibility.
• Track and report quality metrics; manage QNs through closure.
• Support quality audits, surveillance, and training initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement within the organization.
