Job summary

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer I to ensure quality and reliability of healthcare products. You will participate in process validation, quality initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing, engineering, and quality management with new processes, ensuring cGMP compliance, and contributing to 6S and safety initiatives within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other core Science Field.
• ASQ Certification or equivalent desired.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform process validation, process capability, and process control studies.
• Drive quality/manufacturing projects using Lean, problem‑solving and project tools.
• Support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Management with new processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory quality standards and FDA regulations.
• Coordinate testing and detail project protocols and test cases.

ASQ Certification (CQE or CSQE)
