Baxter is seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality to strengthen our Design Quality team in Round Lake, IL. You will support lifecycle activities across Baxter’s therapeutic products and manufacturing processes, focusing on improving product quality and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional activities, participate in audits, support R&D studies, and drive quality deliverables for new product development and process improvements.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or Science required; MS can substitute for experience.
• Experience with quality systems/ISO requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Post Market Risk Assessments to determine need for corrective actions.
• Lead product performance investigations via failure analysis of complaints and trends.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional Complaint, Change Control and CAPA Review Boards.
• Support readiness for internal and external audits and inspections.
• Provide Quality support to R&D, labs, investigations and instrument qualification.
• Contribute as Quality Core Team member on NPD and SPO development projects.
