Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Quality Engineer I to support the development and execution of quality systems and manufacturing controls. You will work with manufacturing, design, and supply chain to identify quality risks, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a technical discipline and at least two years of manufacturing quality experience.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing quality experience on the production floor.
• Proficient in Excel and Minitab; strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection plans and quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA using 5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D methods.
• Monitor FPY, defect rates, COPQ, and drive continuous improvement.
