Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a detail-oriented engineer to design and execute control plans, conduct audits, and drive containment actions when non-conformances occur. You will work with cross-functional teams to update the QMS and ensure PPAP/FAI requirements are met.

The role emphasizes Gage improvements, MSAs, and training for quality personnel, with an onsite manufacturing focus in Indiana. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Materials).
  • 0-2 years of engineering experience (Intern and/or co-op) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while adjusting to changing priorities and project lists.
  • Team oriented with the ability to influence others without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multi-functional teams to improve the Quality System.
  • Gage improvements and programming of gages.
  • Inspection improvements and quality audits.
  • Leading MSA studies (GR&R) and machine capability studies.
  • Leads quality improvements and corrective actions.
  • Works with suppliers and customers.
  • Trains quality personnel and machinists on gages and inspection methods.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Required Education / Experience / Skills
