Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team with continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity, and other plant areas.
• Manage customer and supplier communication to ensure positive customer feedback.
• Manage internal audits and support production.
• Monitoring KPI'S and setting goals for production areas.
