Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher with relevant experience; graduate degree optional but not required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and proven quality improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defect data and drive corrective actions to reduce defects.
• Improve quality system and manufacturing processes continuously.
• Present corrective actions to internal and external audiences.
• Review and ensure compliance with policies, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Lead containment of nonconforming material and coordinate with RCC/QA teams.
• Interface across functions to resolve issues without compromising quality.
• Update work instructions to achieve measurable quality impact.
• Drive RCAs and engineering dispositions for non-conforming products.
• Coordinate MRB dispositions and participate in CAB reviews.
• Lead quality projects to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).
