Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of post-bachelor’s experience in software testing and/or development; or Master’s with 2+ years in testing or development.

Responsibilities

• Own quality for end-to-end Direct Revenue experiences across multiple teams.
• Independently define and drive test strategy for new/unreleased features and premium experiences.
• Build and maintain high-signal automation for critical paths (device/OS, accessibility, privacy, compliance, localization).
• Diagnose defects, document findings, and champion resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Use AI to accelerate development while maintaining sound engineering judgment.
• Own release readiness and participate in on-call rotations.
• Review code and test PRs across platforms to raise quality bar.
