Spartronics in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Quality Engineer for Electronics Manufacturing in Aerospace & Defense. This on-site role focuses on improving processes, leading RCAs, CAPAs, and ensuring AS9100 compliance across PCBA and box build environments.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and customers to prevent defects, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the Quality Management System, while adhering to regulatory requirements in a high-mix, fast-paced facility.

Location: Brooksville, FL (On-Site)
Work Schedule: We work on a 4/10 schedule. Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be one of the technical leaders ensuring our Aerospace & Defense customers receive products that consistently exceed their quality expectations. Your work won't just identify problems- you'll prevent them. You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and our customers to improve processes, reduce risk, investigate root causes, and build a culture of continuous improvement across our facility.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative manufacturing environment and has experience supporting complex electronic products.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM-related discipline preferred.Equivalent electronics manufacturing experience will also be considered.
