Our client is looking for an early‑career Quality Engineer who is eager to learn, solve problems, work with data, and build a career in quality and manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience who has a technical background and wants exposure to real‑world quality systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing processes, and problem‑solving. You do not need to come in knowing everything—we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation, curiosity, and the drive to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside experienced manufacturing and quality professionals while gaining exposure to a variety of quality initiatives. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards
• Participating in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Assisting with internal quality audits and corrective actions
• Collecting and analyzing manufacturing and quality data
• Supporting Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives
• Creating graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation
• Helping investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Supporting customer quality concerns and non‑conformance activities
• Assisting with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality‑related projects

The position provides exposure to standards including ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and Nadcap, making it a strong opportunity to develop highly marketable quality and manufacturing experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates who are early in their careers and ready to learn. You may be a recent graduate, have a year or two of experience, or have technical/manufacturing experience that you’re ready to build upon.

A two‑year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or a related area can qualify you for consideration; a four‑year technical degree is also welcomed.

You’ll be a strong fit if you bring an interest in quality, manufacturing, data analysis, statistics, metallurgy, or process improvement, along with solid computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly. Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus—but we encourage candidates who are still developing these skills to apply.
