• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems; HVAC/R a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints.
• Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
