Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support product and process development while driving continuous improvement across operations. You will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to boost efficiency and quality.

You will interpret drawings and specifications, support production and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, test and document solutions, and capture gains in cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions.
