What You Will Do

  • Track CRM process steps, including actions and electronic data systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across development, production, and supply chain teams
  • Analyze root causes of returns, determine actions, and implement preventive measures
  • Report on CRM returns, turnaround times, and reasons to stakeholders
  • Lead weekly CRM coordination meetings
  • Monitor hand-off times and responses
  • Execute quality initiatives like Zero Defect Plan (ZDP) and Production Part Approval Process
  • Track KPIs related to defects and quality, reporting progress towards zero-defect goals
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop zero-defect strategies
  • Engage with external suppliers to ensure adherence to zero-defect principles

Work Experience

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Science with 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP and Team Center in customer return processes
  • Project leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
  • Background in contracts related to customer returns
  • Ability to create data visualizations and reports
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets

This role is remote within the United States. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
