Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Two (2) years of related industry experience is required; five (5) years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and Excellerate standards.
• Approve changes and deviations from established guidance, including Engineering Change Orders.
• Lead and coordinate external customer audits and visits; serve as quality contact for all external customer visits.
• Lead CAPA development and closure in response to customer quality concerns and requests.
• Create and maintain quality guidance for manufacturing readiness and product Quality Plans.
• Analyze NCM data trends and drive quality improvement using QMS data.
