M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Rock Hill, SC to lead quality control activities across projects and ensure compliance with safety and process standards.

You will document, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan and oversee field inspections. Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ experience in quality control/QA and a BS in Engineering or Construction Management, with familiarity of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase QC System.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or QA.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase QC System.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze customer quality requirements and develop project-specific quality plans.
• Create and maintain QC tracking logs and checklists across project phases.
• Coordinate inspections and audits with subcontractors and third-party inspectors.
• Lead quality assurance activities, audits, and process-improvement efforts.
• Prepare quality reports and project scorecards for stakeholders.
