  • Assist with quality inspections, audits, and process evaluations.

  • Support investigations of defects, nonconformances, and customer complaints.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
  • Assist in teardown of customer motor returns
  • Maintain quality documentation, records, and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
  • Help ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Quality Engineer Co‑op role is a temporary, experiential learning position designed to provide students with hands‑on, practical work experience related to their field of study. Co‑op participants contribute to meaningful projects and day‑to‑day business activities while developing professional skills, technical knowledge, and an understanding of real‑world organizational operations.
