Leer Inc is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen quality systems, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions across manufacturing and supplier quality. You’ll translate quality data into actionable improvements, develop inspection plans, and validate process changes for new product introductions.
In this hands-on role, you’ll apply analytical skills, support customer audits, and ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Experience with SPC, Process Capability, FMEA, CAPA, and supplier quality engineering is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; EPICOR experience preferred.
- Experience with project management and Lean manufacturing is expected.
- Monday.com or similar workflow tools are preferred.

- Implement, set targets and improve quality metrics.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans & Inspection Plans.
- Conduct process capability studies.
- Assist in managing supplier quality programs.
- Support customer audits and regulatory requirements.
- Validate process changes and new product introductions.
- Analyze warranty, field failures and customer complaint data (OBE).
