Job summary

Innovate is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead root-cause analysis and improvement across our assembly lines. You will support ISO 9001 audits and work with engineering on pilot runs to codify new quality tests.

Apply SPC and lean methods to drive performance improvements and defect reduction within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in quality engineering, a technical degree, and ISO 9001 Auditor certification, with proficiency in ERP/CRM/Excel and Six Sigma or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field.
3–5 years of hands-on Quality engineering in manufacturing.
Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
Experience with precision measuring tools, blueprints, and data systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Investigate root causes, initiate corrective/preventative actions, and lead troubleshooting across assembly lines.
Support ISO 9001 internal and surveillance audits.
Collaborate with engineering during pilot runs to define, document, and add new quality test procedures.
Apply SPC and lean tools to identify performance trends, reduce deficiencies, and champion continuous improvement.
