Amcor LLC is seeking a Quality professional to lead customer complaint resolution and ensure compliance with ISO and FDA requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QM, operations, IT, and engineering to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

The role focuses on sustaining quality performance, reducing internal issues, and supporting new product launches with robust quality plans and data-driven improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing/packaging environments.
• Experience in ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 quality systems preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA/regulatory requirements related to packaging or medical devices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer complaint resolution and drive CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with QM, operations, IT and engineering to close gaps.
• Develop and maintain quality plans and control charts for products.
