Job summary

You will review daily rejects, disposition MRB items, and implement corrective actions with Engineering, MFG and Tooling teams.

You will maintain Control Plans, FMEA/CPP documents, and participate in design reviews, plant meetings, and safety practices while ensuring inspection records

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Operations and Quality by establishing product inspection guidelines and analyzing data.
• Review daily rejects or complaints and implement action plans.
• Disposition In-Process rejected product (MRB) when required.
• Update documentation to prevent recurrence and maintain procedures.
• Modify fixtures or inspection methods and tools as needed.
• Create/modify and maintain Control Plans and related quality documents.
• Communicate with customers as appropriate.
• Maintain metrology equipment and inspect records/reports.
• Participate in design reviews and plant/department meetings.
• Ensure FIFO compliance and maintain MRB processes.
