Job summary

Critical Loop is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to implement and maintain our QMS and drive durable quality programs across product lines. You will work with manufacturing, testing and production teams to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality assurance throughout production, supply chain, testing and deployment, leveraging your engineering background and analytical skills to improve reliability and safety across Critical Loop products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or STEM.
• 7+ years of manufacturing QA/quality engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and train staff on ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform QA for Electrical and Mechanical systems including inspections and verification of procedures.
• Advise across design, manufacturing, supply chain and leadership on quality and safety.
