Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred).
• 2–3 years quality-related experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with automotive quality systems and TS certification.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with standard software packages including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection and testing activities for Customer PPAP or samples.
• Address daily production quality issues and perform lab testing as needed.
• Coordinate in-house sampling including FMEA, control plans, and submissions.
• Maintain and improve the lab's quality system compliant with TS 16949.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management or publication.
• Conduct scheduled audits and work with suppliers on quality issues.
