Job summary

Woodbridge in Alabama is seeking a Supervisor/QA professional to enforce quality assurance and control policies across production. You will coordinate inspections, manage lab testing, and drive continuous improvements in automotive quality systems.

Ideal candidates hold a science/engineering degree with 2–3 years of automotive QA experience and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers growth within a global team and a flexible, people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Mechanical preferred/Chemical acceptable).
• 2–3 years quality experience, automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of automotive quality systems and TS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Experience with blue print reading and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection and testing related to Customer PPAP or sample submissions.
• Address daily production quality issues.
• Perform lab testing as required.
• Coordinate in-house sampling including FMEA, control plans and product submissions.
• Maintain the Lab's quality system compliant to TS 16949.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Conduct scheduled audits (5S, TS, HS&E).
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
