Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Quality Engineer for a full‑time, on‑site role in White House, TN. Local candidates only, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. You will support the Quality Management System, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will manage document control, SOPs, control plans, and APQP/PPAP activities, review customer drawings, and interact with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical/STEM field.
• Experience leading internal audits.
• Experience with supplier audits.
• Experience with document control, SOPs, revision control, and training.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEAs, capability studies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Own document control activities including SOP authoring and training.
• Ensure quality records and control plans are accurate.
• Lead and support internal, process, product, and supplier audits.
• Prepare audit plans, reports, and corrective actions.
• Provide quality training and support to production and inspection.
• Participate in APQP and new product launches.
• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
