Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of communication with customers.
• Represent IMS Gear professionally as the customer technical contact.
• Develop new product applications with customer development teams.
• Interface APQP, manufacturing, and support resources.
• Ensure successful product launches through APQP and IATF 16949.
• Coordinate with IMS teams in Germany, USA, and Mexico.
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet company goals.
• Specify manufacturing and quality processes to support customer requirements.
• Lead APQP, quality control, and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure conformance with IMS Quality System in production and engineering.
