Job summary

ANSWER CONSULTING Ltda. seeks a Quality Engineer to monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs. You will inspect materials, equipment, processes and certifications, and drive corrective actions with internal staff, suppliers, and customers.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and 3+ years in quality engineering, with strong problem solving, data analysis and communication skills. QA systems knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems; aerospace preferred.
• ASQ certification preferred; ISO 17025 / NADCAP highly preferred.
• 8D problem solving training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality of processes and outputs.
• Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and certifications.
• Coordinate and manage front end corrective actions (NCR/CARs).
• Manage SCARs for nonconforming supplier products and services.
• Lead internal audits and participate in customer audits.
