Ilocatum is seeking a Quality Engineer for Aerospace Manufacturing in Olney, TX. The role focuses on defect prevention and implementing robust quality systems across manufacturing processes.

You will lead PFMEA, Control Plans, and RCCA investigations, analyze Cp/Cpk, drive COPQ reduction, and support readiness and process validation. A strong bonus structure accompanies a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or aerospace quality experience.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, RCCA.
• Lean principles knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate PFMEAs and process risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans.
• Lead root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Analyze quality trends, escapes, and defect data.
• Run statistical analysis and Cp/Cpk studies.
• Build quality dashboards and metrics.
• Drive COPQ reduction and continuous improvement.
• Support manufacturing readiness and process validation.
• Improve first pass yield and reduce recurring defects.
