Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent combined education/experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications; familiarity with basic measuring tools.

Aufgaben

• Apply quality principles to design, incoming material, production control, and product evaluation.
• Conduct technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Lead product failure investigations and material review board decisions.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to meet reliability standards.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and maintain certification programs.
