Safran Cabin seeks a Quality Engineer 2 to join our Quality team. The role focuses on designing inspection and testing mechanisms, analyzing production standards, and shaping QA policies.
You will train teams in lean manufacturing and SPC, act as the quality control touchpoint for a product line, and collaborate across engineering and production to ensure compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing ECNs, calibrating equipment, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement.

The Quality Engineer will design, or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment, analyze production and service limitations and standards, recommend the revision of specifications, and formulate quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct training on manufacturing quality assurance, lean manufacturing and SPC concepts and tools. The Quality Engineer is the control point for the analysis, reporting and training of a product line or lines. This job reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
