Job summary

Fox Factory in Georgia is seeking a Quality Engineer to assist with planning and oversight of quality standards across production, and to develop, apply, and improve testing and inspection methods to ensure product integrity.

A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1+ year in a manufacturing environment are required. This role involves working in a manufacturing setting, with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary

Assists with planning and oversight for activities concerning development, application, and maintenance of quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields, such as chemical, computer, electrical, or mechanical.
• Devises sampling procedures, and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Works on establishing a program to evaluate analytical testing, equipment, facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Compiles and writes training material and may conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
