Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Quality Engineer I in Georgia. You will assist in planning and overseeing activities to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 1+ year of production experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge related to quality and manufacturing.
• Experience with quality control in a production environment is preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Basic programming logic and familiarity with data logging or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation using engineering knowledge.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data.
• Works on establishing a program to evaluate analytical testing, equipment, facilities, and measurements.
• Develops and implements methods for disposition of discrepant material and cost responsibility assessment.
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
