Dwyer Instruments, LLC. in Middleton, Wisconsin, seeks a Quality Engineer who will report directly to the Plant Manager. This role involves ensuring compliance with corporate quality initiatives, developing corrective actions, and supporting engineering teams.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field and have over 5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering. Strong communication skills and proficiency in quality tools are essential for the role.
The Quality Engineer reports directly to the Plant Manager and represents and supports all Corporate Quality initiatives and will act as a liaison between Corporate departments (Engineering, Product Managers, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality Management) and the Middleton Manufacturing Plant when dealing with Quality related subject matters.
Work in an office environment and routinely on the Manufacturing Plant production lines. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Work hours are primarily on first shift and are based on Plant Production needs.
