Job summary

Actalent seeks a Quality Engineer to join our Lake Mills, WI manufacturing team. The role supports PPAPs, APQP activities, handles customer quality concerns, conducts inspections and audits, and assists with new product launches to drive expansion in aerospace and defense markets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing, proficiency in blueprints, and knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF QM systems. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with PPAP activities and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 and IATF quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Perform first article inspections and dimensional reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and engineering.

• Participate in APQP activities.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lake Mills, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $84000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
