The Impact:

As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with Product and Development Teams to help them make informed decisions on releases of one of the best tools for car dealerships in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Own testing and delivery of product modules.
  • Assess quality, usability, and functionality of each release.
  • Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios for complex business rules.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and expectations.
  • Gain technical knowledge to become a quality SME in core components.
  • Develop and organize QA processes for assigned projects.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies supporting multiple teams.
  • Lead automation projects, reviews, and contribute to testing standards.
  • Produce reports on release status and quality, communicating findings effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Participate in the entire service lifecycle from inception to refinement.
  • Contribute to release planning and review functional specifications.
  • Design verification test plans and regression suites.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and produce quality reports.
  • Lead and train testing teams, handle large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of QA best practices in interactive technologies.
  • Design and lead test automation strategies for multiple projects.
  • Work closely with leadership and IT to enhance automation frameworks.
  • Participate in creating processes that accelerate delivery of high-quality features.
  • Support a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Who you are:
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools/frameworks like Playwright, Robot Framework, K6, JMeter.
  • Proficiency in Python and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Cloud Native applications and Google Cloud services.
  • Strong analytical skills, API testing experience, and load testing expertise.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar systems.
  • Ability to think abstractly and work in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support development and product teams.
Additional Details:

Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid: twice a week in office). Shift: 12 pm to 9 pm IST.
