Job summary

KNOWiNK in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a solid mid-level Software Quality Assurance Engineer who cares about shipping quality software and building automation. You’ll own automated test suites across web, mobile, and API platforms, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers and product managers to improve testability from the start.

You’ll contribute to QA processes, grow the automation framework, and help reduce manual testing through scalable, repeatable tests as the platform

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on software QA experience with automation
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured, and building automated API test suites
• Comfort working inside CI/CD pipelines and designing tests to run there
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and solid debugging instincts
• Clear communicator who works well across teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for features, releases, and hotfixes across web, mobile, and API platforms
• Own regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing through automation, expanding coverage as the platform grows
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so quality is checked on every build
• Use manual and exploratory testing where it adds value
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution with clear communication
• Partner with developers and product managers on requirements and acceptance criteria
• Help document QA processes and contribute to testing standards
• Contribute to QA metrics and communicate quality trends across the team

We're looking for a solid mid-level QA Engineer who genuinely cares about shipping quality software, and who wants to build automation, not just run it. You'll be hands‑on with test automation across our platform, working closely with developers and product to catch problems early and keep our test suites doing the heavy lifting. You don't need to have all the answers yet, but you bring real curiosity, solid instincts, and a track record of making things better.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for features, releases, and hotfixes across web, mobile, and API platforms

What we're looking for
