Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Production) or Chemical/Polymer Science; related technical disciplines will also be considered.
• Previous experience in a Quality or Process Engineering role at a manufacturing or production site - ideally in plastics, films, packaging, or a related continuous‑process industry.u
• Hands‑on familiarity with slitting and extrusion processes is a plus.
• Strongly analytical and structured - able to translate complex problems into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
• Data‑driven in decision making, with the ability to build fact‑based alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands‑on and proactive - comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.
• Effective cross‑functional collaborator, able to work with production, R&D, and application teams toward shared quality goals.
