Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete seeks a Quality Engineer to join the Operations team. You will ensure architectural precast products meet drawings, specifications, dimensional tolerances, and visual standards through proactive quality control and collaboration with plant operations.

Responsibilities include pre-pour inspections, finished product inspections, proper product markings, daily production records, and QC documentation; Engineering degree and concrete experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• ACI or PCI certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of field technician or concrete-specific experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Preforms pre-pour inspection of all forms, reinforcement, steel and inserts.
• Inspects all finished product.
• Ensures that all precast products are correctly marked.
• Maintains daily and project production records.
• Completes daily Quality Control documentation.

Job description

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. The Quality Engineer will report to the Quality Control Manager within the Operations department.

The Quality Engineer's mission is to ensure all architectural precast concrete products strictly meet project drawings, architectural specifications, dimensional tolerances, and visual standards through proactive quality control, meticulous inspection across all production phases, and collaborative continuous improvement with plant operations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Preforms pre-pour inspection of all forms, reinforcement, steel and inserts
• Inspects all finished product
• Ensures that all precast products are correctly marked
• Maintains daily and project production records
• Completes daily Quality Control documentation

• Engineering Degree
• ACI or PCI Certified (preferred)

• 1-2 years of Field Technician or concrete specific experience

• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
• Good computer skills
