CANPACK Group seeks a quality control professional to ensure the accuracy and reliability of QC systems and equipment across manufacturing operations. You will drive data-driven analysis, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards to support product quality and operational efficiency.
The role involves applying SPC, managing calibration programs, reviewing CoAs, and supporting audits and continuous improvement projects.

Internal: Collaborates with Quality, Production, Operations, and management to align on quality objectives, coordinate technical support, and ensure consistent service delivery.
External: Supports customer audits, interacts with suppliers and external auditors, and communicates findings and recommendations as needed.
Independently makes operational decisions related to calibration, process capability, and corrective actions.
Collaborates on process improvements, audit findings, and training initiatives with management and cross-functional teams.
Decisions impact compliance, product quality, and operational efficiency within assigned areas.
