Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Quality Engineer to drive defect prevention across manufacturing in Texas. You will partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to develop PFMEAs, control plans, and capability improvements, while leading corrective actions and data-driven improvements.

The role focuses on analyzing quality trends, performing SPC, and delivering dashboards that track COPQ reductions and yield improvements. Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or aerospace quality experience.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, RCCA, and Lean principles.
• ASQ CQE certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

This position partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to develop PFMEAs, Control Plans, process capability improvements, and corrective action systems that improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
