You will spend over 50% of your time on the shop floor engaging directly with teams and mastering our physical processes, while dedicating the rest to advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and quality reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related scientific discipline.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, 5 Whys, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, lead root-cause problem resolution, track loss reporting, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize Process Controls: Design, implement, and refine robust methods for process control, product testing, inspection, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage Data Analytics: Develop, execute, and analyze statistical quality reporting measures to transform raw data into actionable process improvements.
• Lead Quality Audits: Actively participate in both internal and external quality audits to ensure strict compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related scientific discipline.
• Core Quality Tools: Strong foundational knowledge and practical application of industry standard quality methodologies (including CAPA, 5 Whys, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma).
• Compliance Standards: Direct exposure to or working knowledge of ISO 9000/9001 frameworks.
• Mindset: A highly analytical, quantitative, and data-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
