My client, a growing global manufacturing organization within the polymers and plastics industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality systems, customer quality initiatives, and plant-level continuous improvement efforts within their La Porte, Indiana operation. This is a highly visible role supporting production, quality, and engineering teams while helping maintain and improve the company’s ISO 9001 quality system.
This opportunity is ideal for a manufacturing quality professional who wants to move beyond basic inspection responsibilities and take ownership of audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and plant-wide quality initiatives.
The Quality Engineer will support and improve the plant’s Quality Management System (QMS) while helping ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, customer quality requirements, and internal manufacturing procedures.
