Actalent in Minnesota is seeking a Quality Engineer to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and oversee the quality management system across aerospace, defense, and medical device sectors. You will collect data for conformance, develop standards for products and processes, and support AS9100 and ISO 9001 with SPC and testing.

This onsite role is based in Owatonna, MN, and requires U.S. citizenship.

You will be responsible for data collection, entry, and reporting for product conformance and process capability, and for developing and implementing methods and standards for products, materials, equipment, returns, testing, calibration, and processes. Support for AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management standards, utilizing statistical process control, and supporting mechanical and electrical testing are also key aspects of this role. You will report to the Quality Manager and work within a group of engineers and technicians. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
