  • Provide hands-on technical support to eliminate bottlenecks, enforce safety, and meet throughput targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to design studies and execute plant trials.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting waste reduction, process variation, and productivity gains by leveraging statistical quality tools (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA) and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for customer quality inquiries, leading structured root-cause investigations (such as 8D, 5 Why, and CAPA) to quickly resolve non-conformances, coordinate material dispositions/RMAs, and implement preventive actions.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to eliminate operational bottlenecks, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure throughput targets are consistently met.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and external vendors to design engineering studies, execute plant trials, and align technical strategies to meet overall production objectives.
