Job summary

Acro Service Corp in Louisville, KY is seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and improving QA processes. The role uses data analysis to understand quality reporting measures and to drive process improvements.

Executes project/program initiatives as assigned by project leaders, coordinates multidisciplinary strategies, and ensures on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence for the assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in a quality role.
• Strong technical and project management skills.
• Ability to ensure project quality and budget objectives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all Project Coordinator duties for assigned projects.
• Carry out all Engineering duties assigned for projects.
• Perform as Project/Program Manager when required.
• Develop and coordinate multidiscipline execution strategies and programs and co-ordinate their implementation.
• Assign and co-ordinate workload of the resources allocated on the project.
• Monitor project resource levels and report any shortage or excess.
• Determine what verification needs to be done to ensure that the project work is error free.
• Assures all processes and designs are approved per the Company Quality and Engineering systems.
• Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives.
