Job summary

Munters in Daleville, VA seeks a Quality Engineer to drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing, analyze issues, and support the QMS. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements and lead investigations into non-conformances and warranty trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment are required; Lean, Kaizen, and root cause analysis experience are highly valued, with ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Lean, Kaizen, and root cause analysis focus for improving processes and products.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems and standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional improvement efforts across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
• HVAC/R knowledge is a plus and helpful for role scope.
